Job description

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. They must have strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling company products or services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the company


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
